Rebeccah qualified from Cardiff School of Medicine in 2002 and went on to train and practice in Primary Care.

She currently lead a weekly Menopause Clinic within her local hospital and is actively involved in supporting the development of the Women’s Health Service within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. She also the Welsh Medical Advisor and a Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project charity.

Alongside her clinical work, she runs a successful training business supporting patients, healthcare professionals and organisations. She is passionate about patient empowerment and committed to ensuring people have the knowledge and confidence to manage their health effectively.
