Rebeccah Tomlinson is a GP specialising in women's health and menopause.
Rebeccah qualified from Cardiff School of Medicine in 2002 and went on to train and practise in primary care. She currently leads a weekly Menopause Clinic and is actively involved in developing the Women's Health Service within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
She is the Welsh Medical Advisor and a Trustee for the Menstrual Health Project charity.
Alongside her clinical work, she runs a successful training business supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and organisations, and is passionate about patient empowerment and ensuring people have the knowledge and confidence to manage their health effectively.
Rebeccah has reviewed articles across all of Bloume's life stage hubs, lending her years of clinical experience to content covering health conditions including thyroid, diabetes, sleep, and menopause.
